The play along/video link in my book is broken, where do I find them?

Do Janek’s Books come with bass tab?

Yes! All Janek’s books (apart from the obvious one - Bass Player’s Guide to Sight Reading) come complete with Bass TAB. Most of them also come with Play Alongs and video companions.

I Purchased a book a while ago, but lost the digital copy. Can I get a replacement free of charge?

Absolutely! Depending on when you purchased the book it can be as simple as us refreshing your download link, or we might need to email you a new PDF if you made your purchase on the previous iteration of our store. Just drop us a line, and we’ll hook you up asap. A copy of the receipt in your email always speeds up the process.

I’m a lifetime member of Janek’s Bass Studio, but I can no longer login. Where did the site go?

We moved everything to squarespace several years ago and sent all lifetime members new login information. If you didn’t receive this email, or are having trouble finding the new location, just send us an email and we’ll get you back up and running in no time.

I need to Cancel my subscription, where is the link?

If you have ANY questions regarding billing for subscriptions or purchases made at Janek’s Bass Studio or our eStore, please send us an email and someone will take care you you right away. Please be sure to email us before your next billing cycle if you no longer wish to be charged for the service you subscribed to.

Does Janek Teach Privately?

There are sometimes a VERY few private 1-hour slots available in the store, but it’s quire rare these days with how busy Janek’s schedule is.

Why is the shipping more expensive than the purchase price of the book?

When shipping products outside of the U.S., our cheapest option is the USPS which is unfortunately still very expensive. We understand that a signed physical copy, delivered via USPS, is not in everyone’s budget, so our books are all available, albeit unsigned, worldwide via Amazon where shipping is often free or incredibly reasonable.
