pedaltrain 2 case makes it only 6 flights before dying
So my pedaltrain 2 case makes it only 6 flights before dying…. And it sucks even more when you need to get back out on the road for a stretch of intense fly dates such as I have coming up right now… and I still really can’t believe that this Pedaltrain PT-2 flight case only made it 6 flights before falling apart!
They either have to lower the price of their product if it’s going to need replacing all the time, or make a better case!
Anyone else out there had this experience? I was thinking of getting Pelican cases to make me a custom case for the pedaltrain board… but something tells me that’s going to be near impossible or stupidly expensive. We shall see… I’ve been going back and forth between just taking a bass and nothing else on the road, but it’s so much fun to take pedals, and my new record uses a ton of them, so touring that music will be impossible without the pedalboard.
I think like working on our craft, the technical element of gear on the road is probably going to be a lifelong work in progress. At least it made for a silly picture of the pedal board case with it’s arse hanging out…
